Do you all think 32 inch too big and bulky for a hdb common bedroom? Thinking maybe a 24 inch will do.

Intend to wall mount below window, can put but seems tv area is big, not sure will make room too crowded/stuffy, like too many things. Most likely sit about 1.5 to 2 meters away.

But I also thought if I want to use 24 inch tv surf internet the text might be too small if sit about 1.5 to 2 meters away.

I saw 32" philips 4002 with 32" lg 550 side by side. The display wordings can see a big differences. Although yes, lg is a about 100 more. Even so, philips 5102 n 4002, i see differences as well. 5102 n 4002 not same panel? Anybody has a 4002 hooked on to ps4? Can comment in picture? Actually I dun need any smart function. But display kind of turn me off. N yes, BD at 229.

I agree 5102 is much clearer than 4002. 5102 more expensive $120 than 4002, people interested can compare these 2 at vivo best denki. I think is the 5102 pixel plus thing make it nicer. Compare same brand, tv is like the more you pay the clearer it gets, really got quality difference even same size and pixels. Even if same size different brand, expensive one also look better.

thanks for letting us know.

Thank you for sharing the above information.
Seems like the Draco tv box and funke antenna is the better option if you can install and tune by yourself.
The store can play punk by saying that only one antenna is stated on the voucher.
Sorry, I just saw the ssss.

Actually no, i got the 32"tv idea in bedroom from my friend.. Some people even bought 55" tv for bedroom. :s13:

24" viewing distance suitable for 0.5~1m
32" viewing distance suitable for 1.5 to 2m

i tried using 32" for 0.5~1m, it will stress our eyes.

32" cannot sit 0.5~1m? Too close, eye move too much? I thought many people buy 32 PC inch monitor and ok with it put on table and sit chair less than 1m away from monitor, type keyboard on table. Table depth seldom got more than 1m.

PC moitor inch and TV monitor inch same thing measure diagonal inch correct? Last time I always see my 20" lcd tv more square looking shape looks bigger than dell u2311h 23 inch rectangle shape.

i mean 32"tv :s13:
From my own experience...eyes very stressful if want to sit so close, tv vs. monitor
-generate more heat
-lower dpi
-brighter

those people buy 32" monitor for gaming/multi-tasking/applications purposes.
24"monitor is enough for normal pc user.

Just to clarify my understanding, 32" pc monitor is can sit close about less than 1m, 32" tv cannot sit close less than 1m because will stress eyes, is that correct?

Is 24 tv vs 24 pc monitor also similar logic like 32" above?

Never have 32" before so I don't know.

bei guang is the light behind the tv?
32" brightness and contrast you adjust lower then at 1.2m distance away you watch the screen feel ok for eyes already?
adjust lower does the image display still look good?

If 32" at normal settings, what minimum distance do you feel good normal for eyes?

SHARP 32" 280x I have seen the real TV before, there is a long horizontal plastic cover at bottom of frame about 4 cm protruding downwards seems to guide soundwave towards front, salesperson told me is for speaker sound. Maybe sound better but seems take up space. Just sharing info.
