Typical money changer in TW is to head for the bank.
They accept major currencies as follow: USD,GBP,JPY,CNY and EUR.
For SGD, i usually go to MegaBank or Bank of Taiwan.

It's better to do all the changes in sg. In tw, you can only exchange from bank and bank are not that near to sg favourite places. Unless you want to change in tw airport.

Chose 和运租车。
Returned at Taitung.

not sure how much i need, so i bring some emergency fund
last time went HK i bring SGD emergency fund
now wonder i shud keep 2-300 of USD as oversea travel emergency fund

do their price include zero excess / CDW?
GPS standard in all vehicle?
didn't see those mentioned on their website

Gps wise if u need , need to request.
We did fine with our mobile google map.
Usually all the extras must pay.
