Highest unit with roof garden at the TOP

Anyone or has any friends staying at the TOP unit with roof garden above? Can share your experience? Isit true that there be insects from garden crawling into house and leaking of water?

Insects ? Uncommon.

Water leakage if only poor construction.

In general, people avoid bottom floor and top floor.

Currently staying at unit below roof garden for almost 2yrs.

Pros:-
1) Nice view
2) Very windy
3) No noise from upstairs

Cons:-
1) Occasionlly got ants and spiders problems which we have addressed this problem to town council and they did send someone down to do fogging at the roof garden.

So far no water leakage problems yet.. but not sure few years down the road will have or not. (Hopefully not)

Currently staying at unit below roof garden for almost 2yrs.

1) Nice view
2) Very windy
3) No noise from upstairs

No noise issue from roof garden so far as seldom got people go up the roof garden.
