Tio is suck thumb
If have flicker, then wait for right moment to click. If heroes have spells which can escape etc like harley, lapu, saber, same thing.
Grock also can make wall and let Johnson bang himself
I see most people don't need do anything much tbh, they will probably warn teammates by clicking retreat when they spot moving Johnson. Then you will know to try to stay near the sides of walls etc so can move into hiding easily
