Hi all,
I have installed Windows 10 and updated to the latest version (1803). After the update, I found that Region & Language section is blank. Anyone encounters this problem?

I was told that Microsoft no longer providing free technical support.

Thank you.

U mean like there isnt any option to add language?

Yes, the page is blank. Both my desktops having the same issue after the update. Searching around the web, found I am not the only me encountering this issue. Call Microsoft and was told to pay for technical advise.

Are you on Administrator mode when you want to make the changes.

There are other methods to fix this.

Can't be...Since it's not even a browser, it's a explorer. So by right it should display even when u access to that option. But could it be your system updating the languages?

Might be possible.. come to think of it.

One of my laptop on Windows 10 (1803) and the Settings page was left open.. yesterday.
Suddenly it went off and in suspense mode.
Had to reboot and went to repair mode but unable to repair as reported.
Lucky i had backup then clone back and up to now no issue.
Weird..

Hmmm.. same as another laptop has no problem so far.

Both laptops have just upgrade to Windows 10 Home this month from Windows 7 original.
The fresh installation Windows 10 is 1803 for both laptops.
Both laptops are set as dual boot on both Windows 10 & 7 to see how it go.
Before i do the same to my primary laptop still on Windows 7.
Still too used to Windows 7.. need some time to get familiar with Windows 10.
