PC and wifi keep on disconnecting

After Starhub technician helped me install a new router my pc connections start to lag, error 504, ping request timed out

i tried rebooting, reinstall network driver, ipconfig /flushdns and reset the router setting but fails...

which router are u using? whats your pc dongle? and how far are u away fom your PC?
next is there any walls in between ur pc and router?

For Starhub fibre, to get a smooth internet experience, use 3rd party DNS.

Linksys Max-StreamTM EA8100-AH AC2600 router and ethernet connection.

Before re-contract don't have such problem.

This may be due to change of router result in multi IP.. common complaints and issues.

As someone with similar problem > Starhub Modem / Router

Can you open 2 command prompt windows side by side.
1st windows ping to the gateway continuously
2nd windows ping to any internet address continously.

Screenshot it and post it .
Also if using google dns is giving you intermittent timeout, pls change to OpenDNS and monitor. Personally I find OpenDNS works better.
