PHC are public service vehicles so cannot ferry goods and can only ferry passengers.

Then they say child seat regulations not exempt because PHC are not public service vehicles.

So which is it? Can I write into them to ask?

Tell LTA must come clean and clear all doubts. Are we private cars or public service vehicles?

Wah only 11km per litre ah. Now my hybrid shuttle does excellent fuel. But it’s rented so very ex. Thinking of buying an old wish to do.

Depends on how you choose your cust. If like me rubbish mode on, then only between 11km/l to at best 12km/l
