Yes.

If you chosen Liverpool this round, the next round you cannot pick Liverpool again.

When it comes to show hand, which has only 2 players left, not only can they NOT pick the same team, they also have to predict the 1st goal that would be scored in the match that the team they have picked - it does not matter which of the 2 teams playing against each other that scores first.
The time will come into effect to pick the winner should both players choice lose on match day.
