I just reduce my carb consumption .
Only at night eat one bowl of rice 🍚, I just changed my diet last week already reduced 1kg Liao. I exercise 5 days a week
By reducing your rice
You are consciously reducing your carbs
Ie doing Low(er) Carb

Of course
With exercise even better the fat burning !!!
