What’s so good about him?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonardo_Jardim

Won the league 2 seasons ago with young players before almost the entire squad was sold.

Martial, Mbappe plus a whole generation of young stars were under him once.

Plays attacking football, nurtures talent. Have experience in UCL.

Read more on how he handles players and treats them accordingly.

i believed Moyes, LvG and Mourinho's CVs look pretty awesome too.

but in reality, all 3 didn't quite manage to even be a proper title contender with us.

last season City was imbal, otherwise last season points was good enough to be champion?

don't think he is that good otherwise clubs will not relieve him of his duty.

The club sold all his top players...almost the entire first team squad that won the league.

I can say the same of JM too, if he's so good why Chelsea sack him. No managers are unsackable these days. They will always phrase it nicely as left with mutual respect.

Anyway it would be interesting to see how these managers will end up at other big clubs who are so called in a crisis now. ZZ, Jardim, Blanc etc.

If they turn out well while we remain stagnant playing dull football, then no point regretting why we missed out on so and so manager.

Quote of the day:

“Sir Alex Ferguson was the master of one thing: Whenever we took the pitch for a match, after hours and hours of work, we were allowed to be free. We felt total freedom to move where we wanted, to play how we wanted.

‘I could tolerate football no other way. What is football if it is not about freedom?”

- Eric Cantona

Under DM, LVG and JM....Cantona would have flopped.
