Hihi everyone. I got a queue number for this bto for 2-room unit. Anyone else also applying for 2-room there?

Started this thread so we can share our wisdom on 2-room only. I work near Toa Payoh now. So can go HDB Hub do recce work for others here.

At HDB Hub ground level, there are now samples of Optional Component Scheme (OCS) for Punggol BTO and other BTOs - doors, sliding doors, tile colours....etc:

Quick question - type 1 vs type 2 units. Worth the extra $ for the extra floor space?

If smaller area got better viewer (e.g. high floor facing sea) and bigger area got poorer view. Which one will you choose?

傍鵝項目加加埋大約2100個單位，其中大約20%作為出租單位。。。45平方米嘅單位就變得少啦。
可以直接睇36方米款啦。
45方米款有限。
