I have purchases of less than S$400 but there is an estimated GST in my Newegg checkout cart. Anyone knows if the estimated GST at Newegg is actually charged for purchases less than S$400 purchase?

Thanks.

GST is charged on the purchase + SHIPPING. So if your purchase is SGD$300 and your shipping is SGD$101, GST is charged.

I'm looking for good deals on M.2 SSD.. currently Samsung 970 Evo 500GB price haven't dropped.. waiting for BF

AData SX8200 480GB NVME, USD93 on Amazon last month. Add shipping about USD3 more using forwarder.

That's about S$ 134 if using 1.4 exchange rate.

Hmmm okay will wait and see. Just got the 970 m.2 250Gb for $87 on Lazada 11.11. If got got price for 500 or 1TB can pass the 250GB for my wife's PC then use the other for mine :)

I saw that there are 2 models for this. The promo one is using V-NAND and the more expensive one is using 3D NAND?

Probably just worded differently to confuse people?
Note that in Samsung's V-Nand technology whitepaper, they call it 3D V-Nand.
https://www.samsung.com/us/business/oem-solutions/pdfs/V-NAND_technology_WP.pdf

...and the official specs just says V-Nand.
