Guys, I am considering adding a 2nd move to Gyarados since it is relatively cheaper in stardust than other pokemon.

Is Waterfall + Hydro Pump & Outrage good moves for Gyarados in PVP?

Hatched a togepi 15 15 14 will also buy one extra move for it since only 10k dust and 25 candies

The costly ones i'll get a second move for my dragon claw D9s

NN is really super stingy this time round

From event started till now, for double candy and double SD period very hardly encounter any stage 2 or 3 mons at all

They will all appear once we reach double xp period

Previously even double or triple SD or candy period can encounter higher evolution mons

Actually last time was like double or triple sd for everything but now only catch only

Doubt so, I just back from holiday and caught 2 with IV 89% & 93%.

Then I’ve no luck with higher IVs yet. Will keep trying for another Tier 1 Heatran.

Weather-boosted Raid bosses will be at Level 25 when caught, instead of Level 20 (non-boosted). IVs (& thus, CP) are still random.

You are just as likely to receive a "lousy" or "better" Pokémon, IV-wise, despite the higher +5 level.
