words in [] denotes unclear pronunciation, but sounds like it
words in () denotes my comments, just in case other thought I misheard/miswrote the text
This is what i heard:
"de-to deattara mai nichi sugoku tanoshi. sore ni mai nichi [yomi] ni katte ganbatteru ["chanto" or "chunto"] te mite itsumo aishiteru yo. Hontoni deatte tomotachi ni narite(should be "natte" te form of "naru") koko kara ureshi desu. kore kara zutto nakayoshi de itte ne. ["Jesus" sutekinai chirazu] wo sugosemasu youni onegaishimasu. sore mo benkyou mo ganbatte... [de] yasumi toka tanoshimishite kudasai!"
My attempt in translation. Do let me know if you spot any mistake
1)
de-to deattara mai nichi sugoku tanoshi
=>Since the date, everyday have been very fun.
2)
sore ni mai nichi [yomi] ni katte ganbatteru ["chanto" or "chunto"] te mite itsumo aishiteru yo
=>I loved that everyday you put in effort to (do [yomi] ni katte)
3)
Hontoni deatte tomotachi ni narite(should be "natte" te form of "naru") koko kara ureshi desu.
=>Really/Very happy to have met and befriended you
4)
kore kara zutto nakayoshi de itte ne.
=>We're going to be good friends from now on, yeah?
5)
["Jesus" sutekinai(should be setukina) chirazu] wo sugosemasu youni onegaishimasu
(I am really guessing this one) I wish you ... Jesus's wonderful...
6)
sore mo benkyou mo ganbatte... [de] yasumi toka tanoshimishite kudasai!"
Also, do well in your studies... and enjoy your holidays/rest
