15k is total relationship balance, not per account

Single name is 1 relationship, joint name is another relationship

Single + joint is not equal to total relationship

But of course he can put

Single name interestplus $13.5k
Single name maxigain $1.5k

Joint name with mother interestplus $13.5k
Joint name with mother citi maxigain $1.5k

Joint name with father interestplus $13.5k
Joint name with father citi maxigain $1.5k

- So from Jan onwards, if can't meet min $70k, the max interest rate aka Bonus rate is 1.2%, right?

- If to pull all money out, what is the monthly penalty fee (fall below fee?)

- Can close the account online, or must go to brach office?

Thanks.

You can give them a call to close the account. Of course, move out all the monies first before calling to close it.

Me also. Have to call in and they will activate for you

Dunno why can do it online though
you have to perform a transaction (like deposit $1), IIRC in a 1 year else you can to call the hotline to activate the account

Anyone did the enrollment for the CNY topup already?

The website says can enroll through personal banker or visit a branch, but I went to a branch today, the employee said for topup to Maxigain just need to FAST in for the promo, no need to sign anything..

She said only investments need to sign document...

But anyone else sign any documents with personal banker for topup to Maxigain??

TIA

Seems like depositing on 31 Dec is valid. Signed my t&c.

But got strange msg from my banker after stating something another table for same amount amount top-up get $188. So I'm confused. But either way I won't complain.

Just to check when is the interest for Maxigain usually credited?

Edit: dunno how to link pic. If some bro can help out would appreciate it. Thanks
