most of their warranty are covered by corbell/convergence i believe right? this is my parts.

i'm not sure whether is my PSU or motherboard issue, my friend and i build my new PC yesterday. when i try to power it on, the PSU and casing fan spin for a few seconds and stop, nothing is showing on my monitor.
i tried removed and reconnecting again but doesn't work. i did the bare minimum connection like one ram, no hdd and etc but still doesn't works. the motherboard do have "rgb" on when i switch on the psu.
my Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750W PSU is bought from video pro from lazada and ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING is bought from asus gamer shop from lazada. i know seasonic is covered by corbell, what about my motherboard?
could i bring my whole pc down for check, do i need to bring their original packaging as well? i'm staying near to corbell office service
