Hi, may I know if corbell still honours warranty if I misplace the receipt, however still have the warranty sticker intack on the box of the product? Thanks in advance.
Check for our warranty sticker.
Reference to the date on it.
If it's still under warranty, just bring it down to our service center for a check. :)

Gskill f3 12800cl10d 8gb ram

hi i have a gskill ram bought in feb 2013. its faulty now. rams are lifetime warranty right? may i know where can i rma?

Hi, I have a Galax 1060 with spoilt hdmi output... Still under warranty. May I know how long will the RMA process be, whether it is an exchange or have to wait for the repair?

I don’t have a spare GPU so hope the process will be quick!

As long as there is no physical damage,
once tested faulty, we will change on the spot.
If there is no stock, we will take it in.
(It'll be easier to check for stock if you have the exact model)
Please bring your card down to our service center for a check. :)

Hi, my system is not able to boot up and I'm not sure whether if it is the motherboard, ram or CPU being faulty. Hence, is it possible to come down to the service center for troubleshooting services and if there is a fault can I have it rma?

As long it's our stock, you can bring it down to our service center for checking. :)

It's product lifetime warranty.
Essentially as long as the model is still in production.
Make sure check for our warranty sticker too. :)

most of their warranty are covered by corbell/convergence i believe right? this is my parts.

i'm not sure whether is my PSU or motherboard issue, my friend and i build my new PC yesterday. when i try to power it on, the PSU and casing fan spin for a few seconds and stop, nothing is showing on my monitor.

i tried removed and reconnecting again but doesn't work. i did the bare minimum connection like one ram, no hdd and etc but still doesn't works. the motherboard do have "rgb" on when i switch on the psu.

my Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750W PSU is bought from video pro from lazada and ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING is bought from asus gamer shop from lazada. i know seasonic is covered by corbell, what about my motherboard?

could i bring my whole pc down for check, do i need to bring their original packaging as well? i'm staying near to corbell office service

Apologies, we are unable to test your whole system for you.
You can bring the Seasonic PSU down to check.
If it's faulty, we will change for you.
For the processor, check the warranty sticker to see if it's our stock.
The rams if is our stock, will have our CT warranty sticker on it too.
As for the rest of the parts, they are not under us.
You will have to refer to their respective distributors.

ram RMA?

i got a G skill ripjaw RAM causing problem, window memory diagnostics tool says hardware problem deteted. Ram has CT sticker. Other than bringing both rams what else do i need to bring? how long does it take to do a 1 to 1 switch or repair?

G-Skill RipJawX 1600MHz CL9 @ 8GB

Please bring as a kit to our service center for a check.
Our guys will advise from there after checking.

Hi, I purchased the phantek evolv shift mini itx tower.

The faulty PCIE Riser is causing high audio latency in my computer.
I tested it and confirm that the Riser is faulty.

Can i bring it down on Friday for exchange?
