Everyday do 50 push-ups good anot

Depend on your goals.

You are your only limit.
Everyday is a chance for a change towards a better life.
The body achieves what the mind believes, so challenge yourself to be that better version you know you could be.

Is it normal that I cannot do even 1 pull up, but can do 60 push up in 1minute?

Not "normal", but perhaps "common". Pull ups and push ups are inherently different movement patterns that involve different muscle groups.

Gala is right: you need to work on your lats, core & biceps more. Just go to the gym & start doing assisted pull-ups & rows. You’ll be able to do pull-ups very fast if you keep at it. It’s not rocket science. At 61, I can still do 14 pull-ups easily.

What you really fear is inside yourself.
Life is too short to worry about stupid things.
Have fun. Regret nothing, and don't let people bring you down.

When someone make a posting on the social media, is to share, push each other to greater high.
One should take it positively & try to surpass it.

Surround yourself with positive souls and positive vibes come naturally.
Your environment influences your experience.
Make it a positive one.

It's My Life
This ain't for the broken-hearted
No silent prayer for the faith-departed
I ain't gonna be just a face in the crowd
You're gonna hear my voice
When I shout it out loud

It's my life
It's now or never
I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive

It's my life
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said
I did it my way
I just want to live while I'm alive

It's my life
This is for the ones who stood their ground
It's for Tommy and Gina who never backed down
Tomorrow's getting harder, make no mistake
Luck ain't enough
You've got to make your own breaks

It's my life
You better stand tall when they're calling you out
Don't bend, don't break, baby, don't back down

How to fall asleep 'within two minutes'.

The US Military Method
1: Relax your face - including your tongue, jaw, and the muscles around your eyes.
2: Drop your shoulders as low as they can go. Then relax your upper and lower arm on one side, and then the other.
3: Breathe out, and relax your chest.
4: Finally, relax your legs, from the thighs to the calves.
5: When your mind is clear, try to picture one of the following images: Lying in a canoe on a calm lake, nothing but blue sky above you; Snuggled in a black velvet hammock in a pitch-black room; Saying “don’t think, don’t think, don’t think” over and over for ten seconds.

After understand Newton's Law of Motion, do u know how to apply them to your Pull & Push up?

Newton's First Law of Motion:
I. Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it.

Newton's Second Law of Motion:
II. The relationship between an object's mass m, its acceleration a, and the applied force F is F = ma. Acceleration and force are vectors (as indicated by their symbols being displayed in slant bold font); in this law the direction of the force vector is the same as the direction of the acceleration vector.

Newton's Third Law of Motion:
III. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Are you like me
lowering your sail below the burning sun
working silently with stream of sweat

Are you like me
never give up the life you want
despite whatever inhospitality you suffer

Are you like me
everyday busy seeking
seeking for the very gender you never expected

Are you like me
once at a loss
wandering at the crossroad time after time

cause I won’t mind whatever others say
i never forgot the promises i made for myself
and my persistence for love

I know my future is not a dream
i spent each minute to the fullest
my heart moves with hope

I used to think that I could not go on
And life was nothing but an awful song
But now I know the meaning of true love
I'm leaning on the everlasting arms
If I can see it, then I can do it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it
I believe I can fly

I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me running through that open door
I believe I can fly

See I was on the verge of breaking down
Sometimes silence can seem so loud
There are miracles in life I must achieve
But first I know it starts inside of me
If I can see it, then I can be it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it
I believe I can fly

Hey, 'cause I believe in me
If I just spread my wings
I can fly
I can fly
I can fly

How is pull up different from chin up?

There are two key differences:
1)For pull up, your hands are pronated (which means palms are facing away from the body) and your grip is wider. For chin up, your hands are supinated (palms are toward the body) and your grip is more narrow.

2)The true difference isn't which muscles are worked—both exercises target the same muscle groups, mainly the upper back, chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps—but the degree to which those muscles are worked. Pull up is all about the lats, while chin up it's equal parts lat and bicep strength.

We use our biceps fairly often in everyday activities like picking things up or drinking a beverage. Once you've removed the "help" you get from your relatively conditioned biceps for chin up and attempt a pull up, most of the focus is left on the lat muscles, which we don't necessarily activate and strengthen as much in our day-to-day activities.

So while both body-weight movements are basically heroic feats of strength, pull up is harder than the chin up.

Embrace Failure

Failure=Feedback.
Without ever failing, you’d never know where you needed to improve or change.

The foundation of your mental strength will be based on your ability to overcome challenges and learn from failure. Failing shows you what you need to do. You can’t get discouraged for to long.
Your mind will positively shift when you begin to interrupt your unhealthy thinking patterns. Self criticism is the number one killer of dreams.

Not everyone is going to believe in you but most people don’t believe in themselves. You must always believe in yourself.
Persistence and deliberate practice is the key to #StriveForExcellence at every IPPT station.
