I received a EBEL 1911 Discovery 9750L62 from my uncle recently and discovered that the day changes at around 11.30pm and day at about 4.45am (wah!). I understand about the 9pm-3am rule when changing date/day but could it be the reason for my mentioned issue? Time is still moving normally, est. +2sec/day. Anyone can help please?

Thanks in advance :)

Just bring to a watch maker and have it looked it. If its a simple job like resetting the hands to change the date at 0000hr, should cost less than $30. If need full overhaul easily above $100. question is do you wear the watch often to warrant the service?

You can try Joe, ex-Rolex technician. Just bring down your watch and let him take a look and quote.
