Yes. Received email from HDB alerting to upcoming launch.

With 3,162 BTO flats in Jurong West, Sengkang, and Kallang/ Whampoa, as well as 577 Re-offer of Balance Flats, there is a home for every budget and need. Look out for the February sales launch happening soon.

Anyone applied multi generation parents scheme before? (Mgps) can shed some light on how does it work?

Me+ spouse and parents apply for 2 units of bto and we will get a shared queue number with pre allocated flats?

This time is re-offer of balance flats. those left over from sales of balance flats. Sales of Balance Flats is in May/Nov currently

I am a 33 years old single intending to apply together with my parents, both of them are not working. This will be my first time applying for BTO.
We will sell our current 3R HDB in Hougang if I get a successful application.

Monthly income about $6,000+ after CPF deduction
After expenses I save around $2,500 monthly

Question is will I be able to afford 4R Kallang/Whampoa BTO?
This is my first choice since I work in CBD area.

Boon Lay drive will be my second choice

Just apply hle and see how much loan u can get. If not enough then see u enough cash to cover the short fall or not
