Will the address of the Woodlands plot be CHAMPIONS WAY? Or the more ordinary W'LANDS DRIVE 17?

With over 700plus units for that launch, might be possible to have 2 entrances. Along Woodlands drive 17 is definite coz nearer to the main road. Champions way might be possible for the second entrance since it’s lesser traffic.

Let’s wait and see for the launch!
Kinda nice to have the address as Champions way tho, like the rosewood drive & Woodgrove Avenue.

Just my observation.
For those looking to avoid low income groups but don’t want to stay in Condo, it seems to make more sense to choose the most expensive estates and buy the most expensive unit.
That way, only those who can afford will buy the most expensive.

Meanwhile, for Kallang/Whampoa, that particular area seems new. But everything nearby is so old, and filled with old practices and old air... even then, it’s priced high because of convenient.

Weighing pros and cons...

Priced high but old towns have cheaper food and supplies to cater to old crowd. Can easily get a meal at $3 and haircut at $5, compared to sengkang and punggol which is more expensive.

Went down to take a look at the May Woodlands BTO plot. Will probably not be balloting for it... Suggest to go down with your partner to take a look before balloting to see if y’all are okay with it. Hopefully the August and November plots are good.

Can you share why, since you have been there?

I went to the Woodlands May BTO plot to take a look by walking from Causeway Point to the plot just this past Saturday. It is surrounded by schools, so to go into the plot, you will need to bypass the schools to go in as the schools are gated. Plus to go to the amenities like NTUC etc you will need to walk a few blocks. Honestly, while walking there I did not see the amenities until I took the bus back to the interchange. But it is pretty near to the Woodlands South Thomson Line MRT about a 5 mins walk? Really suggest to go down to see before making decision as maybe what I say may not apply to what you think.
