CDL acquire the whole piece of land by building livia (1st), NV residence (2nd), the palate (3rd), Dínest , follows by coco palm (the last project). If go by this sequence, it already wasted so many years. Thatís y coco palm left over lease is shorter since itís the last project in Pasir Ris grove plot of land to be completed.
Coco palm launch price is cheap cos when they just completed, 10 years gone already.

Buying Pasir Ris grove condo (any of them) is equivalent to buying the treasure, so many units and competition.
The only good thing is the developer is CDL instead of Sim Lian and the 5 condos are separated.
The land is a freehold land by Hong Leong but sell 99years to CDL.
