5 bedder buyers generally value size more than anything. So if the price is good they will chiong. That is how big ec units are snapped up too.

Thats why i find it very funny when toilet has wood cabinet.
What is sim lian designer trying to do.
Which means after renting out for a year or two, the wood will degrade.
Going to spend money on renovation again.

Nowadays some developers don't really care about quality. They just want to extract the maximum possible profit.

After people buy, then they realise the poor quality, they also can't complain online because that will affect the resale price in the future.

These developers won't even tell you what laminated wood means.

Such is the way of business in Singapore nowadays.

La fiesta is a classic example. :)

I’m also excited to know how many units told in total. Anyone has some numbers?

If this project can’t sell I’m not sure if upcoming launch like Amber Park can move any units.. prices just too scary.. hear say there is going to be a correction this June.

More than 200 units sold

Can sell 200 over units consider not bad Liao, considering so many recent launches.
See! Quantum still plays a part.

I’m more interested to know how many are 2nd property owner.

I'm reading on FB that more than 250 units were sold yesterday... I'd say a rather low take up rate considering that there are 2200 units for sale.

Plus the fact that the units sold almost all are 1 bedroom ones~

sold over 260 units just yesterday alone.

that's a long shot compared to Florence Residences's 54 units in a weekend

If it's 260 units it's considered not too bad already in today's market...
But the problem is still have 1900+ units to go....
