Flat selection + HLE

Hi All

Best of luck to those still waiting for their flat selection.

My selection is on the 10th of April, and as of now, my HLE application is still pending. Worst case scenario, will I still be able to select a unit without a HLE? (we overlooked the HLE portion, thus the delay)

I will be giving HDB a call first thing tmr morning. Just hoping for some answers tonight so i can sleep in peace hahaha

Which hdb type and town is your choice?

HDB's website says they can process within 14days. So if you submit your full set of documents by tomorrow you should be safe.

And also, for HLE application, it's just CPF contribution history and payslips yeah?
I had a look at mydocs@HDB, there's 2 drop down tabs, HLE Loan Eligibility and Buying New Flat.

Under buying new flat, there/re forms that we've not come across, such as MCPS (Married Child Priority Scheme ) and Sales Application form. Do we settle these forms prior to the flat selection day or will we be informed more about it on the day?

Yes but not a lot of selection date falls on saturday, as they close at 1pm

You should have selected MCPS during your application. So just make sure to bring your parents marriage cert and your birth cert during flat selection.

Congrats! May i know if u took any grant? Coz i read somewhere that the grant approval takes a while hence getting the keys will delay too. Im looking at getting my keys as soon as i can. My selection for bukit panjang 4rm is on the 12th. How do i go about requesting to get the keys fast?
