Santouka Ramen CQ is amamazinging

I still don’t understand why u guys like santouka lol but for Shoyu, the konjiki at Chijmes is good.

I also eat the Jangara Tonkotsu Ramen at Harajuku ,but find Ichiran better.

The Ippudo no chance to try ,dunno good or not?

I like their pork cheek, jin luxurious and fatty.
But their miso broth is way too salty for me.
So end up I rarely go liao, don't know if it's old age catching up or what but nowadays I prefer less robust broths.

yeah... the MAIN highlight of santouka is really their pork cheek... if u not ordering pork cheek... better to eat somewhere else...

but pork cheek... have not find any place serve pork cheek that can be comparable with santouka...
