Yes I really don’t mind that unit. Viewed and managed to enter the unit opp. Friendly neighbours! However, comparing it to others, the corridor space is quite tight but not an issue.

Depending on the placement of 2nd floor units, i.e. next to rubbish chute, road, carpark etc. If the 2nd floor unit faces the garden, i don't mind. Anything else will need to consider much cos' living in tt unit for a few years is no joke.

i think when my turn will only left 4th level and below.
what to do!!!! should i take it or leave it?

My apologies, yup 322D, 7th floor is a better unit, the one with 3PM Sun is 322C.

My queue is 10, but i am more interested in the Northshore Projects, don't mind waiting. When i applied for May 2017 SBF my queue was 198, Aug 2017 ROF it was 92..... i guess 3rd time's the charm.
