block snatch day
felt better with belt even at paltry 50kg

went from 40kg 44kg 48kg
managed to hit 54kg twice

did some block snatches
then did a few snatches, but couldnt actually snatch from the ground
wondering if the block snatching was done wrongly hence led to wrong cues
and of course plain tired was one of the factors

first day in a normal gym
like with machines and dumb bells lol

DB TYI 2kg x 5 x 5
15 kg db chest press 10 x 5
15kg BB jefferson DL x 10 x 5

calf raise
20 kg x 15 x 5

Smith machine split leg squat, not very comfortable with the smith machine too
20 kg x 10 x 5

hack squat, not very comfortable with this machine
20 kg x10 x 3
