We have a recent history of bottling finals. But don't forget Spurs are a classic bottling team as well.

As long as we play well and do not make silly mistakes, we can take the trophy home.

Beg to disagree with you. Losing finals doesn't equate to bottling it.

In the euros against Sevilla klopp said the team was running on fumes. The squad was much thinner then.

Against real it was our inexperience that lost us the game.

This year the team has hardened mentally and physically. Look at the number of games they've come back from adversity which not long ago we would've most.

Agree that if both spurs and ourselves play at our best levels we're likely to win (there's elements of luck)

Agreed. Any team that makes it to the final deserves to be there.

Spurs is not to be taken lightly.

Having typed this, I have a feeling that we will do it. The loss last year will spur us on.

But first, there is the business of Wolves at Anfield this weekend.

Let’s finish the PL season on a high, regardless of the other matches.

Not underestimating any opponent but losing last years final count. Smarting from last yr final defeat. The boys will not wan to be on the losing end again. Theres a redeeming factor for Salah and ox too both who were cruelly left out of the final by injuries. We now have alisson instead of karius. And that big game experience counts. The traveling kop counts. The millions of supporters around the world all willing the team to win it counts too.

Sure it's a one off game that anything can happen and while we respect all opponents but certainly don't fear anyone. Spurs is a quality team regardless of the jibes we dish at them we have to respect that quality. So too is ajax. It makes no difference who we face in the final. Its ours its ****ing ours. Go and bring it back.

Believe.
Stop doubting.
We will be double champions
C'mon guys!

We lost last year, because of inexperience and the shock of losing Salah so early in the game.

This year, the differences are:
1) Alisson
2) Fabinho
3) European experience (us vs opponent)

Believe. Never give up.

Where to get the "Never Give Up" tee shirt worn by Salah?

I don't prefer any opponent. Ajax has the capability to totally play us out of the park just watch their games. Spurs are familiar and play a similar high tempo pressing game to ours.
Both has its pros and cons. From the looks of it most here underestimated ajax and tot we will have an easier game if we meet ajax. The same ajax that torn Juventus and real Madrid to shreds. It will be a pulsating final for sure.
The battle will be decided in midfield. We need hendo gini fab to be at their absolute ****ing best.

I felt differently. Would have preferred to meet Ajax in the final. Ajax blast away opponents because they have no fear. But everybody has fear. Ajax player's fear is VVD and Gini. Both of them are looked upon with respect in Horlan. You can imagine that you have to play against your captain who is the best defender in the world. And you know your country mate Gini can score goals. That thinking will give Liverpool an edge.

Regardless we will take Spurs as fated. Hoping for an all English CL and Europa final. That is how far the EPL has come.

the final i wanted.

rather vs a more experienced team that we understand than a unpredictable team (perhaps stronger) we never played against.
