Please don't ride scooter without licence in Taiwan. Heavy penalty. In addition, you are driving on the left hand side of the road in Singapore, which is whole different from Taiwan's right hand side driving experience. Visitors from Hong kong and Japan who are left hand side driving had serious car accident in Cingjing Farm and Jeifou old street last month. Safety first, my friends.

I hear can rent eScooter that look and ride like real one. That one do not need license coz it is running on electricity.

In Taiwan, you'll need an International Driving Permit to ride a scooter.

You mean go there take driving license and validate for Sg use?
U must have ARC before you can take it locally.
That is my best guess.
