For the first time in Asia, see all 403 Pokémon from the Pokémon region of Alola around Sentosa Cove Village

Is this real? If yes, would go and catch all the alola pokemon.

I've not encountered any shiny Onix, Anorith and Lileep yet.

for shiny onix, best is to get 3 'evolve a lileep or anorith' quests.
I have done this quest more than 25 times and only got 1 shiny onix. no luck with the rest of the shiny in this event

Am going Hokkaido soon. what you mean by some airline checking took more than one hour? I'm taking domestic flight from Narita to New Chitose and 5 days later from New Chitose back to Narita. I see that there is only 1 flight from JAL everyday. What time do I need to check in at the domestic airport and do I need to show passport?

Take DT Line, align at Botanic Garden Stop and enter from the entrance there.

Should have a lot of trainers gather there.
