Hi there,

Which model is your GTX 1070 Ti?
How's the temperatures like?
Try removing the side panel of your casing and see if it still happens.
Also dust the heatsink fan of the card and clean it out.
See how it goes from there.

Try dusting the fans and heatsinks.
Could be just high ambient temps in the casing.
Normally, it shouldn't hit such temps.
The fans would already have been spinning @ 85% already.
Install MSI after burner and check the settings.

HI clon22, I bought a gtx 980ti about 1.5 year ago and my screen flashes occasionally. May I bring it down for it to be looked at? Only problem is that I misplaced the box and receipt.

Hi xreflectx1,

You can check for our Corbell warranty sticker at the back of the card.
We will base on that. :)

Cheers.

Yes, you can bring the PSU down for a check.
Before that, do a clear cmos and see if it boots up since it was working before the windows update.

I had around 5pcs Msi RX 580 8GB Armor need to RMA. Some of those are bluescreen and no display at all. im not sure if imy card still had the warranty or not. But im sure theres got a CT Sticker at card and the box. Since no physical damage at all, am i still possible to RMA it? And if my warranty period is over already, do you guys do repair for me?

Hi there,

You have to bring them down for us to check.
If there's no physical damage and still in warranty, we will help send back for RMA.
Just to share:
We have experienced with many users buying off 2nd hand mining rigs, most of them internal condition are very poor.
(Corroded smd etc, and many warranty voided)

PSU cable faulty

Hi Corbell, I have a seasonic M12ii 520w PSU that bought a few years ago and still under Warranty. Recently, the Main cable (24 pin) is having some issues. Could I come down to get a replacement under the warranty? I have the purchase receipt but I don't think I have registered the warranty last time. The main psu is working fine, it's just the 24pin cable that is faulty.

Yes, as long as it's under warranty.
We will take reference from our CT warranty sticker at the rear of the unit.
So no worries.
Please bring it down for a check.
Of if you are very sure it's purely the cable, you can bring it together
with receipt will do.
We will check and change for you.

Cheers.

What do you mean took out a dimm slot?
Did you check with them?
They would have explained to you in detailed.
