Sundry, Cleaning agents, Fuel additives, Oil cleaner ? :s11:

seriously - this is normal for any workshop to charge? I thought ah beng workshop then charge such "snake oil" stuff.

Usually each car has maintenance schedule. So you can check what’s yours like to see if those items are really needed

They have standard things to be done for their svc A / B

u can also see the list of stuffs they perform with ur myMB app.

If I can afford a Merc, I probably won't bother what they charge.

you can actually op out of the items you don't need - I do that all the time at C&C.
remember that for service B or you'll be a carrot head.
stop going to C&C once i finish up my service credits

I would suggest the same too. Whether they actually do it is another question. Go to those workshop that you can see what they actually do to your car.

That's services line culture. Else we would not have so much problem with SMRT!

i forwarded them what was required from the app already.

those additional things are not inside. waiting for them to call me back.

It wasn't told to me that those were added or had to be done and that is why i am pissed off.

anyways likely will just use the remaining service credits to buy the parts and pay labour outside. It is legal already.
