Wah did the z10 car insurance goes up?

My next car insurance like higher then the previous one even though got 10% NCD... zzz

Renewal quote From NTUC 12/08/18-11/08/20 $2616-00 after GST & 50% NCB with NCB protector. Last year premium was slightly less than $2000 with GST without NCB protector. Definitely premium increase across the board. Anyway not renewing wth NTUC since converting from Z10 to P10. Tokio Marine offer competitive rate for normal car insurance n mostly likely to take from them for this renewal.

I no choice need to continue peng gc to pay for car since 10 year loan. So cannot convert back. Very difficult to earn from hitch... no time to plan and stack rides.

Same hours 40 less gross fare from yst

Met one super friendly lady $12 trip tip me 5 bucks

There is always an arguement here when they critise my location advantage.

I still find morning surge in SK PG higher then in jurong area



I don’t know how people find surge fare one... I go Orchard today 7pm... kenna all normal fare... drive one whole round almost reach passenger place, at Cairnhill... kenna cancelled...
I go neighbourhood towns... I get happier rides...

U see my logic is

Jurong transportation (phv aside) is very matured... like my block only 1 small road but got 2 bus one leads to je interchange/mrt the other bus leads to lakeside mrt.

So... not very high demand to warrant high surge unless raining (these days raining also not much surge)

Like CCK, SK/PG transportation not as matured as matured estates. Some areas only 1 feeder bus missed and u be late. LRT and MRT packed.

So demand for phv very high. Hence surge in CCK/SK/PG much higher then other estates.

Younger couples in SK/PG estates and more mixed of old and young in jurong.

U know lah youngsters take grab more then those older people.

For CCK especially yew tee area even taxi dun want go there.

Hence this consumer behavioral that leads to my #locationadvantage theory.
