Hi all,

Need some advice.

If given the option of LG SM8600 vs LG B8(+$50 more)

SM8600 is nano cell SUHD (2019 model) only
  • LG ThinQ AI | Google Assistant | Alexa
  • LG α7 Gen 2 Intelligent Processor
  • Local Dimming
  • NanoCell Display
  • Dolby Vision | Dolby Atmos

B8 is OLED (2018 model)
  • LG ThinQ® AI | Google Assistant
  • LG α7 Intelligent Processor
  • LG OLED Display
  • 4K Cinema HDR
  • Dolby Atmos®

Should I consider burn-in for OLED a major factor or the colour quality of both models are similar?

U should get from Singapore user experience for burn in issue.

Personally using oled for the past 2 years colors still brilliant when watching Netflix. Burn in issue never occur. I do play my ps4 as well. But not a long hours gamer as my age catching up. I only manage to clock 2 hours of game play per time. So far I’m happy with my oled tv.

If you don’t need a tv now at all then wait. Wait for November price sure drop, then you wait till next year around April when LG doing clearance price sure even cheaper. Just wait only.
