Android TV buy from the one at Clementi Mall.

I bought my one from Clementi mall last year. The range of television channels from Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia is a lot.

Much more than what Starhub and Singtel are offering.

Although expensive. Around $250 to $300. But you will love it. :)

It would be much better if Singtel and Starhub can buy the android boxes, and analyse the channels, to see what channels they are lacking.

Rather than try to block Singaporeans from using the android boxes to watch television channels.

Singtel and Starhub offerings are so limited. In fact Starhub is so commercialised. Only want to make money only.

Also, this topic is easily politicised. Does the government really want to make the people unhappy?

This loophole best is to let it continue to be there. Win-win for all parties.

can you give an example who is blocking who from getting android boxes ?

and what has this got to do with the government ? it is the overseas content providers who hold copyrighted materials who will press their cases on infringements. are you barking up the wrong tree ?

If in doing so, Starhub has to charge $100 per month, would u or all subscriber pay?

Why can't you share openly here? Go to your website and there is nothing. No info. If a few thousand ppl want to jump ship. Your sales team got so many ppl or not

Why different? I thought the deal is

Switch to Singtel and get up to a FREE year of Fibre & TV.

As usual, a lot of hype and marketing yet under deliver in terms of customer experience. Leave number at both website and pm them yesterday. Didn't receive any call. I guess normal leadtime is 5 working days to talk to them

This so called good deal doesn't apply to everyone. They will analyze your bill and if your starhub subscription is basic then you won't get 24 months. Cheat my feelings.. Kns

Not surprising. Most if not all companies are only interested in big spenders. If you spend almost $200 monthly with Starhub of course Singtel is glad to have you over. If you spend $39.90 only, Singtel will probably wonder if the hassle of administering your account is worth the $39.90 or not :s13:
