You can get Thermalright m.2 heatsinks. They are more of a Heat soak than a sink since there are no fins. Does help with lowering the temperatures of my NVMe SSD by at least 15C at full load.

Got from Taobao. it's about $10 a piece with shipping.

15C is impressive, much better then my fan mount heatsink. Can give it a try.
Search around (TaoB/Ali), the total cost will hit >15$ includes shipping to sg.
Can share/pm the shop link?

Anyone knows Asus Ryzen board well? At my wits end now :(

My Asus board have a self-check light that running in the following sequence: DRAM, CPU, VGA, Boot.
Previously my board shows CPU fault light at boot after a failed BIOS flash, so I borrowed a loan 200GE from a fellow bro here. Now the board shows DRAM fault light after putting in the loan CPU. I tried using all 4 slots, then single slot rotating between all 4 sticks of RAM, still the same.

Is there any possible compatibility issue between RAM and CPU, or is my board smoked?

Edit: Just put my own CPU back into the board, the DRAM is cleared, fault light goes back to CPU. Most likely the CPU is toast, but the test is still non-conclusive :(

Just invest on a cheap cooler, it will work well with the ryzen 3000 series. Or undervolt it.

Any one have ada64 max temps for 3900x?

Did not play with ada. But 3900x temp can go >100C.
Ryzen master, spike to 105C during stress test w AIO only.
Add 4x120mm fans + AIO, now normal operation 42C - 80C.

Aida and Blender user avx instructions. It is to measure the worse case scenario max heat output.

If you can maintain at temps between 80-90degC, chances are you probably wont hit this type of temps in normal usage. So use it as a gauge. Not unless you deal with AVX instructions everyday, then you probably will need to dial down a few settings and get a better cooling solution.

Indeed bigger Radiator make the big difference, up to 10c difference with 1x240 AIO. Show some pics of the custom loop, curious :)

Will probably rewire the some mb fans PWM to CPU.

AVX gets very toasty ~98C in 10min stress test under ambient temp 31c.
Not recommended to run this test too often, can shorten the CPU life, if not proper cooled....
