How to turn over new leaf ah?

I realize that I got a lot of sins after my Christian friend talk to me. Even rook at gurl is also sin. Say bad words also sin so from now onward cannot write kkj ranjiao ccb all these. He say Jesus dun rike ppl talk rike that. So i try to turn over a new leaf but knn, damn hard lah. Then, I try Buddhist but Buddha also say, if I say bad word to ppl, karma will come and one day ppl will say bad word to me wor. If I rook at gurl, then karma will come and gurl will rook at me. So, which religion should I follow to change to a new leaf ah?
