Only hold 2 credit cards.
1.) Amex Platinum Reserve
-all my spendings are on this card, whatever Amex is not accepted I use the below card.

2.) Citibank Premiermiles Visa
-all other spendings that don’t accept Amex

What cards do you hold and what do you use it for?

1st question to ask is what you expect to earn?

Points eventually to miles

or cashback.

It seems that you look at miles. However, both of your cards are not ideal for miles.

There are 4 miles cards for specific categories without minimum spending.

Since you are qualified for platinum reserve, you should be a big spender. List your expense to get optimized cards.

For me
In the wallet (Local spds) :
DBS Livefresh : take pub trpt, Dining
HSBC Revo : Entertainment ( pubs , bars) , and if ive exceeded the cashback limit on DBS live fresh.
HSBC Advance Credit card : for all other spends.

Overseas (Overseas spds)
--BOC Elite Miles : nothing beats 3mpd

Online ( must remember to go via Shopback if able):
--Shopping: DBS LiveFresh or DBS Woman.
--Hotels: Citibank Premiermiles Kaligo Promo.
--Air ticket : DBS Woman
*Above will change base on credit card promotions at that point of time.

Mainly focus on miles. Cashback as backup if miles is poor.

Citibank Rewards
Altitude
UOB YOLO - mainly for cashback if the other above don’t cover decent benefits. Mainly for grab.
AMEX True cashback - for all other scenarios and shop based promotions.

Thing is I don’t know what to focus on. Should I get another better miles card?
I want a card that will earn me rewards for:

1. Singtel bill
2. SP utilities
3. Town Council fees

For my 3rd card I’m looking at DBS Women’s World Master Card.

With that I will have an amex, a miles card and a rewards card.

Seems that the DBS women’s card is very versatile.

Your set up looks very well balanced that’s what I want to achieve too

Start by reading this: https://milelion.com/credit-cards/guide/
Then make your own decision on which card you want to own.

Even though I'm not a miles chaser, I can tell your strategy is suboptimal.

You gotta make a decision whether you want to chase cashback or miles. Your strategy should be heavily loaded towards your endgoal. Splitting your strategy between cashback and miles ensures you'll get very little of both.

Also, most miles chaser use rewards cards as a means to get miles.

I’m a miles chaser -
DBS WWMC - For all online/app purchases up to 2K / calendar month
UOB PPV - For all contactless payment up to 1K / calendar month
Amex KF Ascend - For Grabpay up to $200
UOB one card - To clock $500 monthly as a criteria for bonus interest on UOB one account while also getting 3.33% cashback
Citi Prestige - For any other spending once other cards hit cap, rarely used. Card is kept mainly for travel benefits

UOB PRVI for miles. (Mastercard)

Looking for another VISA to "balance" out the AMEX,MASTER,VISA thingy cos lot of places dont accept AMEX.

Any recommendations for a VISA?

except Singtel bills, the other 2 bills have no earning for DBS WWMC.

My DBS WWMC was approved this morning.
Thanks! I planned to set up the recurring bill payment on the WWMC

Not sure if recurring will earn any DBS Points but I been manually paying all my Stinktel billa via MySingtel app and it always awards points

Im not sure about Stinktel recurring, but my recurring payment for Spotify and Netflix are earning 10x on DBS WWMC after calculating.
