Provide you are driving a good car, BB car dont bother, just continue using this oil. And change every 10k km..
Please use stock or good oil filter, usually cheap servicing they use lousy ones...

castrol the titianium one 5w40 40++ also...
I just hooted 4 bottles. 2 each to try. Cheap cheap
Got workshop charge castrol oil change at $129 wtf.. Oil i bought at 45$ + their labour with oil filter, in the end only $80.
