Try reinstall it. I did that and can fly again. But fly till a shiny Absol also ran away.

Apparently LeekDuck wrote to NN customer service and they replied still DeOxys.

Anyway if there is new boss and ex raid is tomorrow they should announce already right ?

Unless got last minute change like suddenly give the speed DeOxys in ex raid exclusive move. But then probably also not much use
