New Samsung 24" at $132 with 3 years local warranty. Budget monitors do not last long so probably not worth it to buy a cheap used one.

i didn't know this lol, coz my previous 20 inch led monitor lasted me 10 years before it started having intermittent blackouts.

That is previous, when a 20" TN cost $400

After my Samsung 153V and 913V, the newer screens don't last that long. E2250V: 3 years, Blade 2: 5 years (with 1 DOA)
