I thought manu won last game in a pathetic way. Yeah right he chose the correct players, matic plus Tom plus mata. This provides stability and they lost less balls than pogba. But for a home game that is playing against a team that is not even top 6, struggling to win 1-0 shows ole is not the right manager for them. I will be surprised manu will be even in top 6 after season end.

David De Gea has signed a new long-term contract with Manchester United, keeping him at the club until at least June 2023. There is an option to extend for a further year.

David, 28, joined United in 2011 and has made 367 appearances so far.

During his time with the club, he has won the Premier League, the FA Cup, the League Cup, the UEFA Europa League and the Community Shield.

Finally!

At the numbers discussed, i'm perfectly happy for DDG to earn that wage. He's deserved it even if last season was a distraction for him. :s12:

some will say he purposely let in goals to see how the fans will react during his bad form before commiting his future :s8:

DDG played better against Leicester probably because he already decided to sign to new deal.

Very Creative attacking player exactly what we need going to be hard to persuade Leicester to sell though

So much negativity, I can't see how the extension is anything more than positive. He leaves, we get a higher fee. He stays, he's still one of the best in the league.

Exactly my point. Losing him for free would be very disappointing on the management.
