In terms of surrounding environment or investment prospect?

If for investment purpose, bro newbie1993 has recently extracted some rental data and transaction volume on several shoebox units. I reckon the info he posted is quite informative.
If self stay, of cos staying near workplace, parents or somewhere u r familiar is always the main priorities.

600k at reasonably decent location perhaps u can only look at resale. Eg the cotz in district 15 (Telok kurau) at 580k for a 409sqft. Freehold some more (disclaimer, I’m not a FH supporter, just giving u an example)
What is good for me may not be good for u so it’s rather subjective.
You no read? TS clearly mentioned Good I bedder Condo for own stay.
