I guess it's probably different section. If a specific section hits the big jackpot like 200k so the RTP should be over 100% if average out the 200k winnings plus the losses of all players in that section?

I guess the RTP has no relation to the Progressive Jackpot. It will not change on it's own but only by the operator on the machine itself or from their central server. The RTP is used to determine when a machine will pay when the total amount of in money divided by out money in % percentage is higher than the RTP %.

The Progressive Jackpot (Grand, Major, Maxi, Minor, Mini and whatever other name you may have heard of) has another random token to drop on the lucky machine. I have heard about the Grand Prize being released twice within a short span of few minutes. There were rumour that the operator can control who and when to release the Jackpot.

Those super huge win from the highest paid combination symbol is not related to the Progressive Jackpot but based on RTP.

Oic. I rarely played slots on the ship. Only when I get the free E credits.

Slots is very common not only on the ship but on land based casinos too. :s13:

I guess your E credits were given based on your past gaming records mostly from your table games. I have seen from kiosk before I can earn or redeem E Credits for Slots or NN Chips for Table after earning certain TP. Maybe you could also exchange your E Credits for NN Chips for table play instead of dumping into slots. :D

It's not much so I just play slots for fun.

5 Koi 5 cents Grand Prize think at least 40 or 50k. 12k most probably is Major Prize.

Saw before someone played 60 credits 5 cents won Grand Prize more than 50k. Proved that no need play high or max bet can also get Grand. :D

if lucky. 30 credits is enough. High or max bet is personal preference or ability only.

Hi All
It has been awhile. Last cruise was in March. Booked with my RWAS host and went onboard on 13 Sept. Here writing about changes onboard, as compared to cruises in March.
1) Embarkation is different. Go up the escalator. Seems that it does not really ease any long queue or to check-in any faster. Dont see purpose of the new queue system.
2) Now, can eat unlimited times in all 4 inclusive restaurants. Used to be only 3 restaurants and now it is 4. And it is unlimited times in any of the 4 restaurants. Nice good change.
3) Also the 24 hrs snack corner. Pretty good food, with the finger food like sotong balls, fillets, fries, pizza, samosa and bread/buns, coffee and tea.
4) Sonio show. Two acts have been changed. One act has the performers changed but same type of acrobatics, and the other is changed a whole new act with the aerial rings. Overall, still very enjoyable though watched multiple times.
5) Also enjoyable performances by the Sonio casts and China casts when they perform at the 360 Bar.
6) Drinks package is now $95 for this 3D2N cruise. And they hv changed the house red wine to Shiraz from an Australian brand. Not as sweet from previous wine from Spain. Red wine is decently good. And can get the drinks from all the bars, compared last time with restriction to a handful of bars.
7) Food at DD 7 and 8 has improved. Still not top notch, but good for a full tasting meal. The breakfast chinese set at DD8 is good, with good porridge, noodles, dim sum.
8) Lido buffet. Definitely enjoyed the muslim halal section and the indian vegetarian. To all readers, my personal opinion is Indian Vegetarian score is 8.5/10, Halal food 8/10, and International buffet 6.5/10.
9) Bought the spa package of 3 sessions at 50% discount at the Crystal Life Asian Spa. The offer is applicable till Friday 2359 hrs. To me, it is a new discovery. Very good spa treatment! Best deal ever. Was told to come about 30mins earlier to enjoy the spa amenities. It is really good. Good lockers, comfortable robes, clean, many nicely folded towels everywhere, big shower room, jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam room.
And the spa treatment lounge, so big and nice!! Many big comfortable lounge chairs for foot reflexology. Good massage rooms that are separated by the curtain drape type. And the therapist are all very good!
After treatment, can continue to use the amenities which I utilised fully.
After treatment, u will be served a hot drink, and also invited to help yourself to the cut fruits. One funny thing, there are 5 slot machines in this lounge!!! Haha.
After the first treatment and got myself orientated, I arrived almost 1hr before treatment session to use the amenities, and also use them for an hour after treatment. Total time spent at the spa is 3.5 to 4 hours. Best value. Oh yes, the tax onboard is high, it is at 18%.
10) Played at the slots. Machines had been kind. A winning trip. Got 27 TP. Was given $50 e-bonus on the spot which I can use. And was told that my next trip, i wld hv a free cabin and $300 bonus. Staff told me that I can play to 30 TP to get $100 ebonus straightaway, but I am happy with my small win, and also played enough, so stopped.
Just to pen down my trip 13 to 15 sept.
And I will continue my next post where I went onboard 20 to 22 sept.

Oh one more thing to add. The MBCCS parking has a package called DriveCruise.
Park 4D3N, pay $45.
Park 5D4N, pay $55.
Park 6D5N, pay $65.
Though the weekend cruise is only 3D2N, I managed to buy the ticket for $45 (knowing that I will be clocking around $50). And true enough, my parking from Friday 6pm to Sunday 1230pm, comes up to $54. So I used the ticket of $45, saved $9 immediately. I think this is good info for the readers here who park their cars at MBCCS when going for the cruise.

And I will continue my next post where I went onboard 20 to 22 sept.

1) I went on 15 Sep Sunday cruise and the new queue system was bad and took almost 1.5hr to get onboard. Cannot imagine about those elderly who cannot afford to stand long hour in queue.
2) I guess your 4th inclusive restaurant is the Function 8 (other 3 are Dream Lower, Dream Upper and Lido). This has been there for long and only open when cruise is full.
3) The 24hrs snack corner is good. Some day stayed late or woke up late can still get some quick bites.
7) The food in both DD 7 and 8 have improved. The Chinese set meal portion is just right sized so nothing much left to waste.

9) What kind of Slot Machines are inside the Spa lounge?

10) Congrats on your winnings. :s13:

I just don't understand why Dream Cruises don't just learn and follow the boarding system from RCL.

RCL send reminders to guest to stick to their check-in time as given to them according to their floor levels. No such thing as boarding time. And their check-in starts 5 hours before departure time till 1/2 hour before departure.

Nevertheless they know all guest always want to be the first to board so they don't have to wait long for lunch. So they actually starts their check-in as early as 11 am although they say it starts at 12 noon. Also given check-in time is as late as 4.30 pm.

So in the past i have arrive at 11.30 am and I have just walk through check-in and boarding without any waiting time in the cruise terminal.

Dream Cruises on the other hand do a check-in first 4 hours before departure and boarding 1/2 hour later. Further they restrict check-in time to 1 and half hour.

So everybody arrive at the same time 4 hours before departure. Yes I have waited 1 and half hours before and standing in the cruise terminal .When you see the crowd in the terminal you know it is a hassle and depressing.

Dream cruise should do the same as the mainline cruise company.
They are using the system for airlines. But you have 3000+ guest sometimes for the ships.

Yes i do recommend the asian spa if have the 50% promo.its relaxing but do book early if you have big group for your preferred timing or request female masseurs. The slots in the asian spa i think got 5 to 6 machines..They changed it last time have dfdc but the last i saw on 13sep they have 50 lions and some others..

The check it for Dream cruise is forever a hassle that's why i learn to go late. I was even chased to hurry to check in hahahaa.. Best time to go is 1 hr before it closed. But for 1st time cruisers yes do go earlier so you can explore the ship.

Yes food indeed got improvement ever since they launch i like the nasi lemak at lido breakfast.. Snacks at lido is good for a quick bite

3D2N cruise, they don't allow me to purchase the package, how come you can?
I always have to pay $50+ parking fees for weekend cruise.

The person who said 8 credits won DFDC Grand Prize is probably fooling somebody because 8 credits can't even eligible to win the mini prize pool.

DFDC progressive prize winning is as follows: 18 credits for mini, 38 credits for minor, 68 credits for major and only 88 credits play are eligible for the grand prize.
