SingTel mobile data use more data than M1?

I just port over one of the line from M1 to SingTel, I find that the Singtel data consumption is higher than M1. Usually I will browse on Facebook. Sometime, even when I turn off the data, it consumes data also. Any brother here feel the same or otherwise?
