Probably Peter Pan or Planters

That's a negative. Both contains hydrogenated oil. Although Peter Pan has a natural version using palm oil.
So far I see Adams is still the best bang for the buck.

Thanks but peanut butter is my go to healthy food.
And besides, I eat peanut butter by itself.

PB2 powder?

Interesting. But sounds ex so might not explore further, unless you are saying its just as healthy & lower price than Adams brand
I always get this: Adams 100% Natural Peanut Butter - Crunchy (Unsalted), 454g, $6.25
But i normally get it when on offer which is around $5+

Adam’s is already priced very reasonably. Any cheaper and they’re not true 100% natural peanut butter.

Peter Pan's Natural Peanut 90%. no stir. 210 calories per serving.

finishing liao. might go back to Adam's.

i still don't understand the oil. should i mix it when i first open it. or the oil is only there for spreading~?

First open I always stir it. So far I just stir once & I always refrigerated it after open.

There are difference in opinion regarding that.
Still, I prefer to refrigerate it. I remember once I totally forget. I vaguely remember it tasted abit different & ever since then, I never forgot :s13:
The oil once mixed in, after refrigerate, the oils don't separate. I generally go through 1 bottle about 1 month

The only con I see is, having to stir in the oil for every bottle though. That is pretty sian to me :o

oo. storing it upside down can also reduce the need of stirring.

maybe i should go back to Adam's.
