If buy from store, of course can. Rmb to declare to customs in case they stop you. With $500 GST relief, no need to pay tax anyway.

If want order online, I think cannot since they will ask for departure ticket during collection.

According to IRAS (The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore), if the purchases are made at the airport upon arrival, the items become taxable because they are considered to be consumed in Singapore. Only goods which are brought out of Singapore can be zero-rated (no GST). It is a requirement by IRAS that GST amount is reflected on the receipt.

Only loophole is if the shops voluntarily discount it for you without checking your boarding pass. Using the Changi Rewards card might get you the GST-equivalent discount too.

Is it true that S.Korea is selling the cheapest pair of 1000xm3, and all sorts of gadgets? Just that one may have international warr issue?
Got the idea from Qoo as those imported from Korea seems cheaper.
