Change sgp to baht. Look at the shop sell or buy rates? I Keep getting confused

the board belongs to the money changer, so stand in the money changer's POV to read rates.

in SG, look at how much the shop SELLS you THB in exchange for your sgd...

in TH, look at how much the shop BUYS your SGD in exchange for thb.

Today 22.17294 at arcade level 2 capital forex. Consistently the best rates for Thai baht over the past 3 years whenever I needed to change.
