If international version and local price difference around $180, for motherboard and processor, should I get local for the warranty or just get from Amazon or Newegg? My current motherboard and processor have been using for 6 years le. No problems so far.

Not too sure myself but it was mentioned by some that CPU has international warranty even if bought online (can still RMA locally)

You might want to check with manufacturer before getting

This year bf very weak . 11.11 was decent though .
Your best bet is 12.12.

And also if combined cart will kena gst I believe haha

Lastly, am trying to avoid getting mainboard from us cos if touchwood requiring RMA within the 3yrs wty will cost a bomb for the size/weight to send back to us/tw

Go for Ryzen 5 3600. I'd upgraded from the same i5 as you and the improvement in performance is alot.

rz3600 already burst budget. at most i chip in till 700
