also happened to me while using the Citi Mobile Token to add a new Payee .. everything was correct but system says wrong code input

Live Chat says bcos the online banking still reading my physical token (which I no longer use)

have to reset password on Citi online banking
Live Chat said he has de-registered my Physical Token ... but Mobile Token code is still incorrect !!
