At least workable without the need of token which always give me the wrong pin code

those with wrong Mobile Token pin problem, Live Chat agent had to "unregister" my mobile token, then I had to delete and reinstall app ... then set up Mobile Token again before it can work ...

Can anyone clarify again: Is the bonus interest for month of Nov (i.e based on Nov balances at the old rate of 1.2%) paid at the end of Dec, or end of Nov?

If it is end of Dec, then perhaps it's best to leave the account open until Jan and take the possible $15 fall-below fee.
